Job Summary:
As a Team Member at Cold Stone Creamery, you will deliver exceptional customer service while creating a fun and welcoming environment. You will prepare and serve premium ice cream products, maintain store cleanliness, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Prepare and customize ice cream creations on the signature frozen granite stone
- Accurately take customer orders and handle cash/card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including workstations and dining areas
- Restock ingredients, toppings, and supplies as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Create a fun, engaging experience (including singing or interacting with customers when appropriate)
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Team-oriented mindset
- Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus (not required)
