Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Nathalie, VA

Are you a CDL-A truck driver looking for an OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on freight and location. We strive for weekly home time, although some drivers may experience 2-week periods. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Join our well-maintained fleet, no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking being their responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, which primarily consists of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, driving 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily cover regions east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential for up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
