AM Dishwasher
Key Responsibilities of a Dishwasher:
- Dishwashing: Washing dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware using hand washing or dishwashers.
- Sanitation: Ensuring all dishes and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
- Organizing: Maintaining a clean and organized dish area, storing dishes properly, and restocking supplies.
- Cleaning: Cleaning kitchen surfaces, appliances, and storage areas, as well as emptying and cleaning trash receptacles.
- Assisting: H elping with other kitchen tasks as needed, such as food preparation or bussing tables.
- Reporting: Reporting any issues with dishwashing equipment or sanitation problems to the appropriate personnel.
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
- Physical Stamina: Dishwashers may need to lift and carry dishes and equipment.
- Detail-Oriented: Paying attention to detail to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation.
- Teamwork: Working effectively with other kitchen staff.
