Your New Role

• Train alongside senior technicians, learning both technical skills and customer communication

• Assist with electrical system installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs

• Operate hand and power tools while ensuring safety and compliance

• Complete online learning modules, in-person classes, and technical training

• Support senior techs and steadily progress through your training checklist

• Maintain a professional image and provide excellent service to homeowners in Rocky Mount, VA, and the surrounding areas
