Position Overview
The Network Program Manager (PM) is responsible for leading the successful delivery of program and task order requirements while ensuring a high-quality experience for stakeholders. The PM organizes, directs, and manages contract operations across multiple locations, ensuring all technical, schedule, and cost objectives are met.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for program leadership and stakeholders.
- Organize, direct, and manage contract operations, including multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks.
- Lead and oversee teams of contract support personnel across multiple sites.
- Manage senior-level relationships and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and review task plans, schedules, and deliverables with internal teams and partners.
- Provide leadership for quality management, ensuring adherence to program requirements and service-level standards.
- Monitor task schedules and budgets to ensure compliance with program objectives.
- Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to track project progress.
- Delegate responsibilities and oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Networking, Telecommunications, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in organizing, directing, and managing contract operation support functions and multiple complex, interrelated projects.
- Proven track record of managing geographically dispersed teams and large, complex programs.
- Strong knowledge of program management standards, compliance, and reporting.
Preferred
Relevant certifications such as:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- ITIL v3 or later
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, with knowledge of security, compliance, and quality assurance practices.
