Special Events Assistant - Entry Level
We are looking for a Special Events Assistant to join our fast-paced marketing and event promotions team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys event coordination, guest engagement, and hands-on support at live events.
About the Role
As a Special Events Assistant , you’ll work alongside event managers to help plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events, fundraisers, and community initiatives . You’ll gain hands-on experience in event setup, guest services, logistics, and team collaboration while supporting the smooth operation of each event.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning and coordinating special events, promotional activities, and community outreach
Support event setup, teardown, and on-site logistics to ensure seamless execution
Engage with guests, answer questions, and provide information about the event or brand
Represent partner organizations and clients professionally and enthusiastically
Track event performance and provide feedback to the event management team
Maintain clear communication with team members during events
Uphold brand standards and ensure consistent messaging at all events
Provide general support to event managers and staff as needed
Qualifications amp; Requirements
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
Professional presentation and team-oriented mindset
Eager to learn, take initiative, and assist in all aspects of event execution
Prior event experience is a plus but not required — paid training is provided
