In this role, you will assist individuals and families across the United States in understanding and accessing benefit programs designed to provide financial protection and peace of mind. You will meet virtually with clients who have already requested information—there is no cold calling or door-to-door outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families across the United States using Zoom

  • Listen carefully to client needs and help them identify benefit options that fit their circumstances

  • Clearly explain available programs in a professional and easy-to-understand manner

  • Guide clients through the enrollment process from beginning to completion

  • Maintain organized digital records of client interactions, documentation, and follow-up communication

  • Provide continued support after enrollment to ensure long-term client satisfaction

  • Participate in ongoing professional development, mentorship sessions, and product training

  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support overall team goals

This role requires professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to manage your time effectively while working independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

  • Ability to build trust and rapport during virtual client interactions

  • High level of organization and attention to detail

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage responsibilities independently

  • Comfortable using technology such as Zoom, email, and digital documentation tools

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally

  • Customer service, sales, or client relations experience is helpful but not required

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • Access to a Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection

  • Quiet, professional workspace suitable for virtual meetings

Training and Support

AO Globe Life provides structured onboarding and ongoing training to ensure team members are confident and prepared in their roles. Training covers product knowledge, compliance guidelines, and best practices for virtual client consultations.

Team members participate in weekly training sessions designed to strengthen communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Experienced mentors provide guidance and support as you progress in your role and pursue long-term professional development.
