- Plans and coordinates work, trains and motivates, monitors, and evaluates performance of Government employees.
- Responsible for monitoring daily reports. Open order report, Backorder report.
- Responsible for meeting all site goals as directed by the Site director.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels across Government Lab and POCT verticals.
- Responsible for drafting work instructions and standard operating procedures in Ensur.
- Liaison between warehouse and sales to resolve any customer requests.
- Ensures their ability to safely operate material handling equipment and uphold health, safety and security in the workplace at all times.
- Responsible for training, coaching and providing feedback to employees.
- Oversees the printing, picking, packing, shipping, and quality checking processes.
- Responsible for working with management on NPIs or Chain of custody form revisions.
- Ensures warehouse cleanliness by maintaining and managing a cleaning schedule.
- Assist the site leader in helping to coordinate, organize, and manage special projects.
- Create, implement, monitor, and manages all work Instructions and procedures in the Warehouse Government Department.
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- 3-5 Years Warehouse leadership experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage up to 20 to 25 warehouse personnel
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with creating excels and power points in Microsoft Office for data analysis and reporting
- Reliable, dependable, and hard working
