Certified Lawn Care Technician

As a Certified Lawn Care Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the health and appearance of our clients’ lawns through expert turf care and customer service. Responsibilities
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control treatments in accordance with state regulations and company standards
- Diagnose turf issues, including weeds, pests, and diseases, and recommend effective treatment plans
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members to ensure excellent service
- Maintain accurate records of all applications and treatments performed
- Safely operate and maintain spray equipment, spreaders, and service vehicles
Qualifications
- Valid commercial pesticide applicator certification in Virginia
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lawn care or turf management
- Strong understanding of turfgrass health, weed identification, and pest management
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Clean driving record
