**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter.
+ Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and monitoring for unusual situations during patrols.
+ Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or suspicious activity according to site protocols.
+ Collaborate with site personnel and local authorities as needed during incidents and emergencies.
+ Maintain proficiency in the use of assigned firearms and adhere to all company and site-specific policies regarding armed posts.
+ Participate in ongoing training and drills to remain prepared for emergency response situations.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ An armed guard card or license is required.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
