HR File Clerk
- Create and maintain personnel folders and filing of relevant employment documentations for both Oakton and LTCIS personnel files.
- Assist with the coordinating of New Hire Orientation materials and the collection of all signed compliance documentation. File accordingly to the correct folders/binders.
- Assist to ensure that employee profiles are compliant within the HRIS (WorkDay).
- Assist with verification of employment and employee referral requests.
- Continually provide aligned HR Partners with status of all tasks and responsibilities Additional Responsibilities
- Assist in regulatory audits.
- Provide administrative support for HR partners as needed.
- Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum one year of administrative or Human Resources experience required.
- Able to work well with people.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills and the ability to become familiar with specific compliance documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented and able to carry out work with the highest level of accuracy.
