Pay Structure:

• Flat Rate / Commission-Based Pay.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Full interior and exterior reconditioning.
• Paint correction and buffing.
• Wet sanding and polishing.
• Deep interior extraction and restoration.
• New car delivery preparation.
• Used vehicle reconditioning.
• Maintaining shop cleanliness and organization.
• Meeting production and quality standards daily.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years professional detailing experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of compounds, polishes, and protection products.
• Ability to work in a high-volume dealership environment.
• Self-motivated with a production mindset.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
