Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to serve as a Lifeguard for a rapidly growing and dynamic property management organization. We offer paid certification/recertification for those who meet certain prerequisites and successfully complete an approved lifeguard training course.
Responsibilities will include:
- Must be able to maintain constant surveillance of residents using the pool and act immediately and appropriately to ensure safety in an emergency situation.
- Must be able to help keep the pool & surrounding area in an efficient state of cleanliness and functionality.
- Must be able to put safety first and be willing to follow and enforce pool rules.
- Must be able to follow directions and communicate with supervisor and the team regarding the status of the pool and any issues that may arise.
- Other duties as assigned.
- CPR/Lifeguard certification is required to being working. We will consider paying for the certification.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must be available from Memorial Day through Labor Day for hours scheduled Tuesday through Sunday between 11:00 am and 8:00 pm.
- Must possess a positive, can-do attitude
- Must have excellent communication, organization, management and people skills
Candidates will be required to pass a credit & criminal background check and drug test.
