Management Trainee - Entry Level
We are actively hiring a driven and ambitious professional to join our team as an Entry Level Management Trainee . As a Management Trainee, you will participate in ongoing client training sessions, build and manage customer accounts, collaborate on team sales goals, and develop leadership skills by mentoring new representatives. Key Responsibilities
Attend regular client and product training sessions to stay current on industry trends, promotions, and services
Create, manage, and maintain customer accounts with accuracy and professionalism
Collaborate with team members to develop and execute strategic sales goals
Engage in face-to-face customer interactions to drive brand awareness and customer retention
Maintain clear, consistent communication with team members and management
Train, educate, and mentor new sales representatives as part of leadership development
Qualifications amp; Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus (not required)
