An exceptional healthcare organization is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to serve as the Associate Vice President of Women and Infant Health. In this impactful leadership role, you will be at the forefront of innovative initiatives to enhance patient care standards within the Women's & Infant Services Division.

Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of innovative policies and programs to improve patient care within the Women's & Infant Services Division.
Set clear goals, objectives, and performance standards, ensuring high-quality care through well-established policies and procedures.
Organize and manage the Women & Infant Health Department, aligning practices with organizational guidelines and strategic goals.
Collaborate with administration to evaluate and recommend improvements to existing procedures that affect patient care.
Supervise the implementation and adherence to nursing standards, ensuring that services provided reflect optimal healthcare practices.
Qualifications:
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Master's Degree in a related field.
At least 10 years of nursing leadership experience, with a focus on Obstetrics or Maternal Child Health.
Compensation:
Competitive salary of $200,000+ per year.
