$55,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire our sales operations team to achieve and exceed growth targets
• Develop and implement strategic plans that enhance sales efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive operational excellence
• Monitor key performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional development
• Oversee the integration of innovative technologies to optimize sales operations workflows

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of leadership experience in sales operations, real estate operations, or related fields
• Licensed Real Estate Agent
• Prior experience managing operational staff and coaching sales professionals
• Deep understanding of the residential real estate process
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with real estate CRMs and tracking tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Computer proficiency required, including MS Office, GSuite, CTM, CRMs, MLS, etc.
