Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire our sales operations team to achieve and exceed growth targets
- Develop and implement strategic plans that enhance sales efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive operational excellence
- Monitor key performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional development
- Oversee the integration of innovative technologies to optimize sales operations workflows
- 3+ years of leadership experience in sales operations, real estate operations, or related fields
- Licensed Real Estate Agent
- Prior experience managing operational staff and coaching sales professionals
- Deep understanding of the residential real estate process
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with real estate CRMs and tracking tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Computer proficiency required, including MS Office, GSuite, CTM, CRMs, MLS, etc.
