Core Qualifications (Must‑Have)

• 5+ years of software testing experience with a strong focus on test automation
• Expert‑level proficiency in Tricentis TOSCA , including model‑based automation, test case design, and execution
• Hands‑on experience with qTest for test management, reporting, and traceability
• Strong understanding of Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation and integration
• Proficiency with Jira for agile workflows, defect tracking, and team collaboration
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies , SDLC, and enterprise testing best practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and collaborate within matrixed teams

Additional Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience designing end‑to‑end test plans and ensuring full functional coverage
• Familiarity with performance testing , security testing , or enterprise platforms (SAP, Salesforce)
• Exposure to testing web, mobile, API , or distributed systems

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering , or related field preferred
• Prior experience leading test automation initiatives for medium‑ or large‑scale applications

Other Requirements

• TOSCA certifications (Automation Specialist, Test Architect) preferred but not required
• Must be available for onsite collaboration in Richmond, VA
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams
