Possess a current license as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living community is preferred.
Understanding of geriatric care, knowledge of the aging process, strong communication and general compassion for others.
Excellent customer service
