At Premier Pediatric Therapy Source (PPTS) , we’re a therapist-owned outpatient practice with a big heart and a bold mission: to provide exceptional, play-based, family-centered care to children from birth through age 18. Our care model is rooted in teamwork, empathy, and real relationships—with our families and with each other.
We’re looking for a PRN Registered Dietitian who’s excited to be part of a transdisciplinary team, passionate about pediatric nutrition, and ready to contribute to the continued development of our Feeding Program alongside our Occupational and Speech Therapists.
This role is flexible, with the opportunity to create your own schedule and grow your caseload over time. You’ll have the ability to see clients in-person at our clinic , in families’ homes , and virtually , based on family needs and your availability.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide nutrition assessments, education, and counseling to pediatric clients and their families.
- Collaborate closely with our OT and Speech teams on feeding and nutrition-focused care.
- Document services in our EHR system and maintain communication with referring providers.
- Assist in building and evolving our Feeding Program through team input, training, and care coordination.
- Maintain clinical standards, complete all required documentation, and uphold professional ethics and privacy practices (HIPAA-compliant).
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care—in-person and virtually.
What You’ll Need:
- Registered Dietitian credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a pediatric RD (including feeding support).
- Ability to see clients in Annandale and provide in-home services in Arlington & Alexandria as needed.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Comfort with EMRs, Microsoft Office, and virtual care platforms.
- TB test, background check, and reliable transportation required.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Experience working with the ASD population.
- Familiarity with early intervention or family coaching models.
