- Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns
- Conduct research on complex tax issues
- Participate in tax planning and advisory for clients
- Review staff work and provide training and feedback
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with assurance and consulting teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA or EA preferred (or actively pursuing)
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in public accounting
- Strong technical tax preparation and review experience
- Proficiency in UltraTax and QuickBooks preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
