Job Title: Licensed Esthetician (Luxury Medspa Opening July 2026)
Location: Old Town Alexandria, VA Pay: $24 $34 per hour + tips + retail commission + performance incentives About Amani Body Mind Skin:Amani is a luxury, results-driven medspa designed for clients who value elevated care, refined aesthetics, and transformative results. Opening in July 2026 in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, Amani blends advanced clinical treatments with a calming, upscale environment that nurtures both skin and well-being. Our clientele expects excellence personalized treatments, visible results, and an exceptional experience from start to finish. We are building a team of highly skilled professionals who take pride in their craft, value continued growth, and are passionate about delivering high-end service. Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, polished, and highly skilled Licensed Esthetician with at least 3+ years of experience in advanced skincare and client-focused service. This is an opportunity to be part of a founding team and grow with a premium brand. We are especially interested in estheticians with diverse skill sets who are confident in both treatment execution and client consultation. What Were Looking For:
- Expertise in advanced facial treatments (custom facials, chemical peels, microneedling, hydrafacial, etc.)
- Experience or strong interest in laser treatments and medical-grade skincare
- Strong ability to consult, educate, and build long-term client relationships
- Proven track record in retail sales and treatment package recommendations
- Aesthetic eye for detail and commitment to delivering visible, high-quality results
- Professional, polished demeanor with a luxury service mindset
- Perform customized, results-driven facial treatments
- Conduct in-depth consultations and create tailored treatment plans
- Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and client comfort
- Deliver a high-touch, luxury client experience
- Collaborate with the team to build a strong, reputable brand
- Active Virginia Esthetician License
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a spa or medspa setting
- Experience with advanced treatments and/or devices
- Strong sales ability and client retention skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and continuous learning
