Full Stack Developer
Strongbridge has an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer with a passion for innovation to support our Operations and Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and have past experiences remediating security vulnerabilities and bugs in existing applications. The candidate must be comfortable resolving problems with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, Agile environment. We're looking for an experienced developer like you with the skills needed to enhance our software and systems. As a full-stack developer at Strongbridge, you'll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You'll help the Federal Government overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You'll help make sure the solution developed by the team aligns with the architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.
Description
- Troubleshooting production problems related to existing software applications.
- Enhancing and maintaining existing software components including user interfaces, APIs, services, databases, and reports.
- Upgrading frameworks and software versions.
- Responding to end user problem reports, reviewing suggestions for improvements and enhancement requests.
- Working with the Security Team on remediating security vulnerabilities.
- Interacting with customer stakeholders, end users and team members to identify application requirements.
- Researching and prototyping proof of concept solutions based on client requirements and making recommendations to management.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IS, or equivalent.
- 4+ years of full stack development experience
- 3+ years of experience developing in C# and .NET
- Front-end development experience using SPA frameworks including Angular or React
- Experience using relational databases such as SQL Server (tables, views, stored procedures, indexes)
- Experience working with Entity Framework
Desired:
- Front-end development experience using CSS and jQuery
- Experience using Azure cloud and Azure DevOps Pipelines
- Hands-on experience working with IIS on Windows Server
- Experience working with .Net MVC and Web APIs
Pay Range: $100k-$115k
The posted salary range reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
