Position: SAP Functional Consultants- SAP SD (All levels of experience)

Navaide is seeking SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Functional Analysts to join our growing team. This role is focused on supporting government and defense clients in optimizing their end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) processes within SAP. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SD configuration, integration with other SAP modules (FI, MM), and a clear understanding of federal logistics and procurement requirements.

This role requires proactive problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to delivering excellence in high-stakes environments.

Clearance : U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain relevant federal clearance.

About the Role:

• Serve as SAP SD subject matter expert (SME) supporting business process analysis, functional design, and solution delivery.
• Configure and maintain SAP SD module components including order types, pricing, delivery, billing, and partner functions.
• Analyze complex business requirements and provide SAP-based solutions aligned with DoD or federal contract processes.
• Support system testing, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP FI, MM, Basis, and ABAP to support seamless integration.
• Draft and maintain technical/functional documentation including process flows, configuration documents, and training materials.
• Support ongoing operations and enhancement requests, troubleshoot issues, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA transformation planning and modernization efforts, where applicable.

Relevant Skills & Experience:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of SAP SD functional experience, including configuration and support of the order-to-cash cycle.
• Knowledge of federal contracting, DoD logistics, or public sector supply chain practices.
• Familiarity with SAP integration points (FI/CO, MM, WM/LE).
• Experience in documenting functional specs for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a client-facing consulting environment.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting SAP environments for federal agencies such as DoD, DHS, or GSA.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA SD.
• Prior experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Active or eligible for DoD clearance.

Travel:

Candidates must be willing to travel approx. 25% within the continental United States of America.
