Position Summary

Centennial Technologies is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead all aspects of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Reporting directly to executive leadership, the HR Manager will be responsible for recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, compliance, and workforce planning. This position will play a key role in supporting Centennial's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with Centennial's business objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for corporate and federal contract positions, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and retention.
  • Partner with executives and managers on workforce planning, organizational development, employee engagement, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Serve as the primary HR liaison for employees and management, addressing employee relations issues, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, procedures, and programs that support organizational effectiveness and compliance.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, leave programs, employee recognition programs, and performance review processes.
  • Assess organizational training needs and coordinate employee development, leadership training, and career growth initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain HR systems, employee records, recruiting platforms, and HR reporting capabilities.
  • Develop and track HR metrics related to recruiting, retention, employee engagement, workforce utilization, and performance.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including orientation, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture across the organization.
  • Support corporate growth initiatives, proposal staffing activities, and strategic hiring plans.
Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience in an HR leadership or management role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employee relations activities.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience utilizing HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and HR reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
  • Experience supporting federal government contractors.
  • Knowledge of OFCCP, EEO, VETS-4212, affirmative action programs, and federal contractor compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting organizations with 100+ employees.
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint, ADP, Paychex, Paylocity, or similar HR/payroll systems.
