Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in insurance or a related financial sector.

Strong track record of scaling high-performing sales organizations.

Deep understanding of regional market dynamics and regulatory standards in Virginia.

Advanced certification in insurance or business administration.

Mastery of sales pipeline management and CRM technologies.

Excellent public speaking and interpersonal abilities.
