Heavy Equipment Operator
D.H. Griffin Infrastructure, LLC is a leading heavy civil construction company specializing in site grading and development, specialty concrete, and underground utilities and systems. As part of a dedicated team, Heavy Equipment Operators play a vital role in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects. Griffin Infrastructure is currently seeking skilled Dozer Operators and Excavator Operators to join its growing workforce.
Responsibilities
- Operate dozers and/or excavators efficiently and safely on construction sites
- Perform daily maintenance checks and basic upkeep of assigned equipment
- Assist with manual labor tasks as needed to support project goals
- Follow instructions from site foremen or supervisors to ensure project requirements are met
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating dozers and/or excavators
- Experience in heavy civil construction preferred
- Ability to perform routine maintenance on heavy equipment
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
