UHEALTH – Physician/Medical Director
UHealth is seeking a physician to lead and grow its post-acute and long-term care services in the Galax/Hillsville, VA Area. This is a leadership-focused opportunity for a physician who enjoys clinical care, team development, and strategic growth. Part-time or Full-time availability.
Position Overview:
• Provide direct patient care and new patient exams in post-acute and long-term care settings
• Oversee and support a regional team of Advanced Practice Providers
• Serve as the primary medical liaison with facility administrators and key stakeholders
• Participate in profit sharing aligned with company performance

Qualifications:
• MD or DO required
• BC/BE preferred
• Active or eligible medical license preferred
• Background in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
