**What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors.
+ Provide customer service by following site-specific policies, procedures, and responding to security-related inquiries.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
+ Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures.
+ Assist in emergency response activities, including guiding personnel and visitors during evacuations or other site emergencies.
+ Communicate with Allied Universal management and site representatives regarding security-related matters as needed.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
