Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical QC Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform dimensional measurements and visual inspections of disassembled electric motors and associated parts to determine necessary repairs. This role requires precision and attention to detail using various measuring equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional measurements and visual inspections of disassembled electric motors and associated parts to determine necessary repairs.
- Use measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and depth gauges to perform accurate measurements of products.
- Verify new and repaired parts following machining against drawing or specified requirements.
- Conduct in-process surveillance and release completed motors for shipment.
- Complete all required paperwork completely and legibly.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.
- Quality assurance and quality control expertise.
- Ability to read blueprints and perform quality inspections.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience using micrometers, dial indicators, and depth micrometers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Accurate and legible recordkeeping skills.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Former military mechanical technician experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
