Assignment Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $70,000 – $75,000 base salary (depending on experience) + annual commission potential
Work Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday–Friday (full-time, 40 hours/week)

This role supports their Financial Institution (FI) referral sales channel.
Job Description:
We’re seeking a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional to support our client’s bank referral program in the Shenandoah Valley region. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy fast-paced goals, building partnerships with financial institutions, and consistently driving new merchant acquisition. The ideal candidate thrives in a metrics-oriented environment, brings strong communication skills, and has a competitive, high-energy approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned banks and referral partners to generate consistent, high-quality leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close, across regional financial institutions and partner networks.
- Consistently meet or exceed targets in new merchant accounts, applications, proposals, and revenue.
- Reconnect with former clients and local businesses to expand opportunities beyond referral leads.
- Maintain accurate records and sales activity within CRM tools while meeting agreed productivity metrics.
- Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, and competitive landscape to effectively position offerings.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
- Support additional tasks or projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably within banking, financial services, or payment processing.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial or sales-related data.
- Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Professional communication skills, polished presentation, and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.

- Team size: Approximately 20 Account Executives across multiple states.
