- Support human resource functions for both military and civilians to include but not limited to performance reports, periodic reports, on-boarding/off-boarding, recruiting and other traditional human resource tasks
- Work closely with senior management to coordinate human capital activities, including billet management and position classification, awards processes, promotion board schedules, performance report schedules, application schedules, and training and certification requirements
- Provide policy and procedural information and guidance on programs and processes
- Support Directorate hiring activities, including setting up panels, preparing applicant binders, and liaising between the Hiring Manager and the Agency Office of Human Resources; Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities
- Formulate reports, provide status reports to management, and compile and distribute material for management
- Coordinate inbound and outbound processing of government personnel; Utilize records management system for tracking documents and ensuring all required documentation and processes are complete
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years industry experience and a thorough understanding of the processes and sensitivities of Human Resource Management
- Must be proactive, able to work well independently and in groups, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Occasional travel required
- TS/SCI with the willingness to obtain a poly if asked
