The Assistant Brand Manager plays a key role in the marketing and advertising team. This is an entry-level position designed to provide comprehensive training in marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotions, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. Upon successful completion of the program, individuals may advance to a team lead role within the marketing department. The Assistant Brand Manager reports directly to the Executive Marketing Manager .

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the daily growth and execution of assigned campaigns.

• Assist with customer acquisition and retention initiatives.

• Manage external customer needs with professionalism and expertise.

• Develop strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Drive sales through retail promotions and experiential marketing campaigns.

• Build brand recognition via local events and strategic marketing activations.

• Plan, execute, and manage initiatives with the Brand Ambassador teams.

• Engage with customers, problem-solve, and make informed professional decisions.
