Position Summary

The Production Associate ensures that each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role collaborates with Job Site Supervisors and supports Sales, and Office teams to ensure daily production operations, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales Associates to understand all aspects of jobs so you can hand off the jobs to the painters and monitor the project.
• Manage the customer interaction/communication after the sale.
• Ensuring non-sales related aspects of projects are complete and ready for production, including assisting customers with color selection, coordinating and/or confirming schedule and other aspects of projects that delay start.
• Order and pickup paint/supplies for projects when necessary.
• Ensure painters provide daily updates on current painting project.
• Perform quality assurance site visits. Ensure jobsites are clean and painters are properly branded.
• Conduct final walkthrough to ensure successful completion of the job.
• Handle customer call backs and complaints.
• General office duties.
• Provide marketing support, i.e. follow up on leads, book estimate appointments, distribute marketing materials.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, positive demeanor.
• High attention to detail, strong work ethic and results driven.
• Basic computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Proven record of ability to set, meet and exceed goals.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record. Position will travel to and from job sites on a regular basis.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday with some Saturdays and some nights depending on the project.

Location: Richmond, VA 23238 MUST BE LOCAL

Schedule: Full-time; occasional on-call availability

Work Environment: Multiple residential and commercial project sites
