Host/Hostess
The Twisted Crab Chesterfield in Richmond, VA is looking for a host/hostess to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests
- Ensures seating service is rotated among server area assignments whenever
- Clears, cleans and resets tables to ensure they are ready for the next guests
- Answering the phones and book reservations
- Estimating wait time for guests
- Help customers order their meals
- Process transactions, answer questions, and ensure customers leave feeling positive about their visit
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Strong organizational and motivational skills
