Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints to determine pipe layouts and specifications.
- Measure, cut, and thread pipes using various tools and techniques.
- Install and assemble pipes and fittings, ensuring proper alignment and secure connections.
- Perform inspections and tests to identify and repair leaks or other issues.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pipe Fitter in a construction or similar setting.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
- Strong knowledge of pipe materials, fittings, and installation techniques.
- Ability to effectively use a variety of hand and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Physically fit, able to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
- Must pass Background and Drug Screen
