    We seek coaches who recognize themselves in our learners: individuals driven to achieve more in less time. This is not traditional teaching. You will serve as a coach and mentor, utilizing AI systems and motivational strategies to guide gifted students through high school completion years ahead of schedule. No classroom management. No conventional instruction.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Mentor and motivate gifted students to finish high school by 8th grade using personalized, accelerated learning programs
    • Guide learners in developing essential life skills—resilience, grit, public speaking, and focus—in addition to academic objectives
    • Use AI-driven tools to monitor student progress, customize learning paths, and individualize instruction
    • Encourage students to progress through adaptive learning platforms and reach challenging educational milestones
    • Work alongside a team dedicated to transforming education for exceptionally capable students

    Basic Requirements

    • Able to work in-person in Austin (Georgetown), TX
    • Proven record of academic excellence (National Merit Scholar, academic Olympiads, prestigious scholarships, dual-enrollment, etc.)
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching gifted and talented students or high-performing youth
    • Daily use of generative AI tools in educational settings (personalizing lessons, creating assessments, adapting instruction)
    • Strong communication and public speaking abilities
    • Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship

    Working with us

    This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
