Job Summary

The Executive Conference Services Director , reporting directly to the Regional Vice President of Operations, holds duties related to day to day operations of a Company conference center account. The position entails a need for excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, strong team leadership, client relations and ensures superior quality of service. The position is based in McLean, VA with oversight to locations throughout the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads strategy for the account including operations and people
• Maintains a strong relationship with the Client, customers, guests, and other departments
• Develops and supports direct reports to effectively manage their divisions
• Leads the team with a focus on problem-solving and innovation
• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Manages overall day to day operations of the account

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, hospitality preferred
• Ten years events/conference center experience, preferably in a corporate environment
• Superior quantitative, oral and written communications and problem-solving/strategizing skills
• Previous experience managing a budget
• Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch hospitality company
