Director of Talent Acquisition
We’re looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition who loves rolling up their sleeves while building and scaling a high functioning, people first, recruiting function.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for continuing to shape our talent strategy, driving measurable hiring outcomes, and personally managing key searches for strategic roles in this massive time of growth. You’ll lead a growing team of recruiters and coordinators while partnering closely with business leaders to anticipate hiring needs, refine workforce plans, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with the people team to evolve our employer brand, showcasing what makes us a “destination employer” for Data & AI talent
- Develop scalable recruiting processes, tools, and metrics to drive quality, consistency, and efficiency
- Partner with Staffing, Delivery, and Head of People to forecast hiring capacity, manage headcount budgets, and project resourcing needs
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior, strategic, and hard-to-fill roles — from sourcing to offer while overseeing a senior recruiter
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, helping them define success profiles and make informed, data-driven decisions
- Create a strategy for building diverse pipelines through creative sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
- Build upon our key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance, diversity metrics, etc.)
- Use data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with the People team to ensure smooth transitions from recruiting to onboarding and ongoing talent development
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Proven success scaling teams and managing high-volume, high-quality hiring in a fast-growing organization. - Experience in professional services, Data & AI preferred
- Strong mix of strategic mindset and hands-on execution
- Deep understanding of modern recruiting tools, sourcing strategies, and employer branding best practices.
- Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
- A people-first approach — you care deeply about candidate experience, culture, and long-term fit.
- Experience building or scaling teams across multiple regions a plus
