We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated caregivers to join our growing team. As a caregiver, you will provide essential in-home support to clients, helping them maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

Assist clients with all activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, and incontinence care

Provide stand-by, hands-on, or full-assist support with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation while maintaining proper body mechanics

Deliver consistent companionship, conversation, and engagement to reduce isolation and support emotional well-being

Prepare meals according to dietary guidelines and assist with feeding when required

Monitor hydration and nutritional intake

Perform light housekeeping: laundry, bed linens, dishes, trash removal, and maintaining a safe, organized environment

Provide medication reminders and observe for side effects or changes in condition

Accurately document shift notes, daily activities, and any incidents or concerns

Communicate professionally with clients, families, and office staff

Follow individualized care plans and agency policies at all times

Escort clients to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and errands as needed

Maintain client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality

Caregiver Requirements:

Previous caregiving experience (professional, CNA, HHA, PCA, or family caregiving preferred)

Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong communication skills

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely

Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays if needed

Must pass background screening

Authorized to work in the United States

Ability to follow instructions and adhere to agency standards of care
