RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow a proven comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration
• Present and sell Finance and Insurance products to customers in a clear and compliant manner
• Accurately prepare and submit all required documentation for title processing and timely funding
• Maintain strong, professional relationships and an excellent reputation with lending partners while tracking lender portfolios.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly performance objectives.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable state and federal Finance and Insurance laws and regulations
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turn around on all deals
• Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals
• Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service
• Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods
• Adhere to the finance department work schedule
• Work with accounting dept and provide assistance when needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Prior F&I automotive experience is a must - this is not an accounting nor an Insurance sales position
• CDK / Darwin / ELeads experience is preferred but not required
• Luxury / highline experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self-motivation
• Ability to work within a fast paced environment
• Attention to detail and excellent closing skills are a must
• Valid driver’s license
