Client Service Representative - Entry Level

We partner with charitable organizations to amplify their programs and drive meaningful change in local communities. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams, helping to process donations, maintain donor data, and deliver exceptional service to supporters.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all external and internal fundraising inquiries

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring timely acknowledgment and appreciation of donors

• Work with management and the communications team to prepare accurate, engaging donor communications

• Assist with planning, logistics, and on-site support for fundraising and promotional events

• Manage and maintain the donor database, including training staff to ensure accurate data entry

• Support the fundraising team with data input, updates, reports, and data queries while prioritizing deadlines

• Stay up-to-date on fundraising initiatives, trends, and nonprofit industry news

• Take initiative in your role by contributing new ideas to strengthen fundraising and donor engagement

Requirements

• Passion for fundraising and supporting charitable initiatives (experience a plus but not required)

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Positive, energetic, and proactive approach to work

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
