**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide excellent customer service to individuals at the healthcare location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to observe for any irregularities or breaches of policy.
+ Document and report security-related incidents and observations in accordance with Allied Universal protocols and client site requirements.
+ Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general inquiries while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
+ Collaborate with healthcare staff and local authorities as directed during emergency or security-related situations.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
