Luxury Condominium in Old Town Alexandria, is seeking a candidate for weekday & weekend part-time position . We are seeking to fill two shifts 5pm - 11pm & 10:30pm - 7:00am. Candidates must be able to multitask and be detailed oriented. Good communication skills as she or he will directly interact with residents and guest. Candidate must be professionally attired, knowledge of monitoring systems and computer savvy, Able to physically walk three towers (20 floor each building) and grounds. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answering multiple phone lines, controlling access systems onto property, logging in and out packages from multiple carriers and able to lift at least 25lbs and perform foot patrol of property. Must be flexible to work open shifts and holidays.
Immediate Hire. An extensive Background Check will be performed on all hires. .
