Job Description - Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams to understand business processes, pain points, and goals. - Apply extensive experience with ERP systems and model-driven apps, especially D365 Finance & Supply Chain, to support requirement validation and solution delivery. - Facilitate workflow-heavy projects involving multiple roles, approval processes, and cross-functional interactions. - Support data mapping, data migration and data integration requirements across multiple systems and their databases - Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify system gaps and recommend business or technical solutions. - Collaborate with developers and Power Platform teams to ensure model-driven apps meet business requirements and align with D365 architecture.
