This is a fully remote , part time, project based role - no travel is expected.

What You Bring:

• 3–5+ years designing or developing professional learning , instructional materials, or curriculum for adult/educator audiences.
• Instructional design experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize complex concepts into digestible learning modules.
• Experience with Google Slides, PowerPoint, and digital collaboration tools.
• Comfort working independently, managing timelines, and producing high-quality deliverables on schedule.
• A growth mindset and openness to coaching and iterative improvement.
