Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
- Ensure all work meets HandyMikes high standards of quality
- Troubleshoot and repair various systems and structures
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Strong skills in a variety of trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid drivers license
Your benefits package will include the following:
40 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) Annually for the first two years
80 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) Annually, after two years employment
40 hours of Paid Sick Time Annually (accrued)
7 Paid Holidays, 6 paid Federal Holidays plus 1 additional days paid for the day after Thanksgiving
50% Employer-Paid Health Insurance and Dental Insurance
