Max Motors Dealerships is currently seeking a skilled Technician to join our expert team. As our Technician, you'll play a profound role in ensuring that customers' vehicles are repaired correctly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for performing high-quality and cost-effective repairs while maintaining the highest Customer Service index (CSI).

Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicle engines and mechanical components to diagnose issues accurately. Conduct routine maintenance work aiming for vehicle functionality and longevity.
• Perform quality repairs and maintenance on all Heavy Truck and Diesel Engine system components to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Assist Service Advisors in developing estimates of time and materials costs for vehicle repairs.
• Repair vehicles based on the diagnosed issues and repair estimate using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Assist other technicians in performing technical activities and share knowledge with team members.
• Capable of maintaining a clean work area and a strong attention to detail.
• Effectively communicate and keep Service Advisors informed of any changes in service needs or delays in expected completion time.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a technician in the automotive industry.
• Having a Certified Automotive Technician Accreditation is a plus.
• Working knowledge of complex mechanical systems found in automobiles.
• Proficiency in using all necessary tools and modern machinery for repair and maintenance.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record.
• Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to maintain a customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment.
