This position will focus on developing robust metrics, KPIs, and tracking mechanisms to ensure the program delivers its intended outcomes and demonstrable benefits. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable performance measurement systems. **Required technical and professional expertise** * 5+ years of experience in program performance measurement, benefits tracking, or value management, ideally in infrastructure or technology programs. * Strong knowledge of KPI development, benefits realization, and impact assessment methodologies. * Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced analytics). * Experience working with large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs, preferably in federal government or transportation sectors. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
