State Farm agency experience required
Active Property & Casualty license required
Fluent in Spanish (required)
Salary $45K$70K (not hourly)
100% employer-paid health insurance + HSA contribution
24 weeks paid leave
Annual Christmas bonus
No cold calling referral-based clients only
40-year State Farm Agent with a large, stable book of business. Clients are professional, respectful, and referral-driven. This is a true customer service role , not a sales grind.
