Sales Manager – Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales management with off-site events or catering
• Proven ability to drive sales growth in organizations with $7M+ annual revenue
• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and motivating a sales team
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with high-profile clients
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in contracts, proposals, and billing
• Skilled at developing and implementing sales strategies for corporate, social, and nonprofit event clients
• Ability to collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)

Sales Manager – Preferred Background and Skills:

• Experience in high-volume catering or hotel environments with a strong event sales component
• Knowledge of the Washington, D.C./Northern Virginia events market
• Background in luxury or premium product sales
